i don't mind that he got it in, but i do mind how he got it in. you have more equity in this pot more often than not so you should be trying to maximize value here by betting more on the flop.

this is an estimate on what this guy could have (things could be narrowed down with more stats):
JJ-22,AJs+,KJs+,QJs,54s,43s,32s,AQo+,43o,32o

With that range, you have a 20% lead with your holdings.

Reduced estimate to a more nit-range:
JJ-99,AJs+,KJs+,QJs,AQo+

Here you have almost a 3-1 lead. You're 2% off, but still a very large lead.

Diversify or fossilize!

yeah, with this hand you gotta bet much more on the flop..I dont like your bet sizing in quite a lot of hands you post, especially in 3bet pots.
Imo bet more > check > your bet size

why is it better to bet bigger? I see comments about bet sizing but havent heard the logic behind it yet

bet sizing is very important.
In this hand, you dont want people to call or raise you because you are at best flipping vs made hands.
Betting like 5.75 for example looks stronger and therefore reduces the likelyness of getting in tough spots, the guy with A7 would maybe be inclinced to just call and not to raise, this opens up the opportunity for you to lose less than your stack and see turns/rivers.

Also,in many other hands you did post, you were getting yourself into troublesome spots because with your sizing you didnt have easy time to call all in raises on flop/turn/river or to get villain all in by the river.
