If they bluff the blocker almost all of the time (how often villain bluffs the blocker is the key to the hand) and for value bet nut flushes and that is villain's range here you have a quite + ev call

if he can vbet queen or other flushes and is able to reign in his bluffing range here you have a much tougher call however. Why they say villain dependent in this case
