This hand I would definitely go with the bet bet bet line. I would bet pot flop, 75%-80% pot turn. If villain calls two streets we might be able to reason ourselves on a river check, but this board you should be able to get at least two streets of value.

no pain no gain

when you play AA this passiviley on an amazing flop for your hand, your gonna do poorly

your essencially giving a freecard 3 way

hes basically checking non K/T rivers very often, whereas if you barrel you get 3 streets on non heart rivers, or if you CR flop you can stack him

Alright. I'm getting super scared of sets when people flat though, I guess I just have to take the cooler when it happens and move on with my life

Don't mind a set/cooler. I like to think 'ah fuck, I deserved it for the other 7 times I destroyed these fuckers'.

Something like that.

wtf you are not betting the best starting hand on a good flop because you are afraid?

It seems to be not very profitable in the long run to play those kind of hands. - Gus Hansen

Meh. I'm sure he's teaching you lots of good things.

Maybe a few bad. But it can't all be gravy, right?

I really hope you're not paying too much for that advice though.... that's a huge profit-killer right there. That's WHEN you smash the pot..

punix   Germany. Oct 31 2014 12:59. Posts 406

but seriously thats a brainless thing
if he needs a coach to tell him AA on a perfect flop for him OOP he is lost -___-
especially multiway so many fags will call down with their draws or king top pair

I used to play right, he "corrected" my play. And that time I even had a set.

checking is kind of an interesting play, but you should follow it up with a check raise

Ya I'm happily 3 barreling here, super standard. This also has the added benefit of protecting the weaker parts of your barreling range. River is sick when he puts a lot of money in, but that's when you analyze your opponent and play some poker
