uh villins flop call is manditory if your playing that hand OOP, other then the preflop limp and the wtf river check his play is okay

hero will also have KJo here, T9s, AT etc.. theres a lot of chance for villian to win this hand on later streets, esp against opponents who never bet larger then 2/3 pot

sizing habits are not that relevant imo, this is more of a barelling frequency thing
