You will get a better response if you include stats.

Raise preflop, there's a limper and you have a decent hand, you want to win this hand/take control, and you do that by being aggressive, not passive.

As for the flop/turn/river, you need reads/stats to make the optimal play.

Why are you donking the flop? What are you doing when he reraises?

What does your opponent think of you? Are you a nit? Are you a spaz who bluffs a lot? Is he a nit or a spaz or a fish?

As played, I'd just shove the river for value against his weaker clubs.
