lachlan, it kinda resembles the game on that screenshot, except the graphics are very very nice.
the reason it's so good isn't that it's a motorcycle/trials game per se, it's because of the extremely realistic bike physics. enjoy!
btw no it's not an RPG game, it's just a trials game. get your bike from start to finish as quickly as you can. but there's so much variety in the tracks that if you like the game, you'll almost never get bored. And the learning curve is the real beauty; when you start out, you have problems getting through the Easy levels with 0 faults, the mediums and especially the hard levels seem ridiculously impossible. now, the Easy tracks are kinda boring for me and I can do most of the hard tracks with less than 5 faults almost every time. and I still have a TON to learn!
plus there's a ton of stuff built into the game like replays from every players on all maps - check out the top players' record times and you'll be fkin blown away, some of them are so pimp it's almost unbelievable. and you can race against your own 'ghost' (you'll understand once inside the game) to beat your own records.
like I said, it's only a level editor short of a full 10/10 for me.
and now i'm gonna try to do a flawless run on Inferno. |

btw I just tried that Elastomania thing and while it's remotely close to trials, the controls suck and there is absolutely no comparison between the two ; trials is miles above in every department.. |
