The adjustments that I mentioned last day, well, they weren't needed, when I managed to sit at tables where people weren't overly aggressive e.g. like to limp.

Moreover, the regs that I encountered today were TAGs, but they weren't that tricky or tough. So I was able to make another 6 BIs on this day playing relatively straightforward and solid.

After a 3-month hiatus I realized that I can't live without poker. The game is fun and making money is fun. QED

Here are some changes that I decide to incorporate into my game for the next little while:

1) Raise much less frequently in the blinds. So what if I pick up JJ or AQ? We are supposed to disguise our hands. So there is no need to ring alarm bells for our villains. Also, rarely re...

Don't know which board this topic should go, so how about my blog?......

During my recent sessions I have been checking TPGK+ / overpair on drawy flops quite a bit, vs both decent player or stationy donks. The downside is of course I give out free cards to drawing hands. On the other hand I keep the pot small and/or underrepresent my hand quite a bit, and could get a worse pair to try to blu...

Basically there's too much stuff going on in my life. So I have quit playing intense poker. Nowadays I am playing once every 2 weeks.

Hands from an enjoyable 500-hand session:
http://www.liquidpoker.net/h/530794 97c I had a moderate feeling he was slowplaying a set, but I was too weak-tight to shove with a backdoor flush on the board......

becoz more often than not villain couldn't call a reraise,
and we can win many cbets and some medium pots if we let villain flop top pair or a weaker overpair.

Strip poker sounds horny, but it's not my thing. At least IMO not a good way to start romance, because even after the strip my mind is still full of poker.

Or maybe because I always end up losing as I a) run really bad and 2) always do retarded things?

So earlier tonight me and Arielle decided to play some SNG style strip poker. Just a few hands in I called preflop with T3, b3b-pushed a K...

I was owning her on this night. I am up like 6 games to 2 over 30 min of play.

First notable hand. Blinds 1/2, her stack ~140 I covered

She standard raised to 7 I flatted with KK in the BB.

Took a 1-week break after losing like 10 buys at each of NL50 and NL100. Solution: Make them back at higher stakes.

I recorded a nice $700+ today at 200NL:
1) Buy in 60BB deep
2) Pay close attention
3) Watch out for regulars replacing fishes and leave shark-infested tables
